1. Information We Collect

When you use Nesher's marketing website, we collect standard analytics data and information provided via contact forms. Within the managed Platform, we collect telemetry, video feeds, user activity logs, and analytical metadata generated by the Customer.

2. Biometric Data Notice (Face Recognition)

The Platform includes optional Face Recognition features. The Customer acts as the Data Controller for any biometric data processed. Nesher acts solely as the Data Processor. The Customer is entirely responsible for obtaining legally required consent from individuals, managing enrolled rosters, and complying with local privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, BIPA) regarding biometric data collection and retention.

3. Data Retention Policy

By default in the managed Platform:

  • Video recordings are retained based on the Customer's configured tier (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days).
  • Detection snapshots (LPR, Face, Object) are retained per Customer configuration.
  • Audit logs are retained indefinitely for forensic accountability unless a specific deletion request is made by the Customer.

4. Subprocessors

Nesher utilizes secure subprocessors to deliver the managed infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP for isolated instance hosting). A full list of subprocessors is available to active Customers upon request.

5. Governing Law

Nesher is a product of Scrow LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
