This Acceptable Use Policy dictates the permitted usage of the Nesher platform. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your dedicated instance.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Nesher platform to:

• Conduct surveillance on individuals where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy without lawful authorization.
• Weaponize or attempt to weaponize any drone hardware controlled through the platform.
• Interfere with commercial aviation, emergency responders, or critical infrastructure operations.
• Perform penetration testing or security scanning against the Nesher cloud infrastructure without prior written authorization.
• Upload or stream content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.

2. Law Enforcement and Compliance

Organizations using the platform for public safety or law enforcement purposes must adhere to their departmental policies and jurisdictional laws regarding aerial surveillance, evidence gathering, and data retention.
